**Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non refundable. If you are booking outside of 60 days of your arrival date, the first nights room and tax payment is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. All payments once made are non refundable. We will email you your receipt once complete payment is made.

**A credit card imprint and damage deposit of $500 is taken at check in. The credit card should be in the same name as the person who has made the reservation and is registered to the suite. The deposit is held until a satisfactory inspection of the suite is completed after departure. In the event of any damage to the suite, we will charge your credit card for the damage charges that include but are not restricted to: noise complaints and fines, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing items from the suite, smoking inside the property, and all charges regarding police or security involvement resulting from occupant and any guests of the occupants while in the suite.
